So, I was kickin’ it on Twitter checking out what was on people’s minds, man, it’s interesting to see what people tweet about. You never know what people will have links to and info about. Some stuff you might find interesting. Some stuff even I might find interesting!
I saw a post to this YouTube.com link. It’s a very brief look at how the Nissan GT-R is built.
Then after a little research, I also foud this cool clip with audio track from Edmunds.com on the Nissan GT-R factory as well.
Ever since the National Geographic channel has been running their special “Ultimate Factories” I’ve become increasingly appreciative about how some of our finest automobiles are made. This little clip about the GT-R is no hour special but its always interesting to see how things come together. Is it all robots? Is it all by hand? That kind of stuff.
If you are curious to see more on Ultimate Factories, be sure and check out one of the coolest episodes. The special I’m referring to is on the Lamborghini factory in SantAgata Bolognese. NatGeo shows how the uber super car Murclelago SV is made. It will be re airing on Thursday December 10 at 8pm. If you’re a car fan you will absolutly love all the Ultimate Factory car related specials. Now, if I could only get them to do a full episode on the Nissan GT-R. Hmm… I need to make some calls!
