Unless you have been under a rock for the past few months you have heard of Toyota’s automotive troubles. Some of there cars from Toyota and their luxury line Lexus have been just launching out of control and overpowering the breaks, resulting in a few deaths. Some say it’s the floor mats, some say its the actual break lever its self, others are saying that its the onboard computer going haywire. Well, whatever it is I’m sure it’s got to be scary for any Toyota driver on the road right now.
This video from ABC World News Tonight shows professor Dave Gilbert of Southern Illinois University’s auto technology department recreating the out of control driving conditions for the reporter.
