		<description><![CDATA[I wanted to let all of you in Florida know that there is a new law that passed on Monday. This new law says that you can now be pulled over for not having your seat belt on. &#8220;This week, Florida and Arizona joined 26 other states where not wearing a seat belt is a primary-enforcement violation. Heretofore, a driver could be ticketed for not wearing a seat belt, but only after being stopped for some other traffic violation.&#8221; Mind your p&#8217;s and q&#8217;s every one.
