This past Saturday morning I made the 2 hour, slightly boring trip to Sanford, FL (basically outside Orlando) for the Orlando Automotive Club’s monthly Cars & Cafe meet at The Route 46 Entertainment District. This is the third C&C meet I’ve been to so far and they all have been great. It’s always nice to see some familiar faces and get the opportunity to meet some new ones. Our good friends at Cafe Motorsport were there as usual giving out some amazing samples of their newest flavors of coffee. Most of the cars that were there are regulars, but a few surprises always seem to pop up every so often. Most [...]

I was on Twitter and saw a tweet from a brand I know: Strut, the world famous maker of cool car accents. They were tweeting that they have some brand new auto “show” to match with the “go” for your ride.
After some emails and tweeting my new friend Simon he sent me these fresh off the press photos. The shots show off the new strut parts for the Dodge Challenger and the Chevy Camaro. Their spicy chrome accents undeniably add uniqueness and flair to both of these already eye catching rides.

Each strut part is hand crafted and built with the attention to detail normally given to jewelry for your hand, [...]

Check out this Chevy Camaro SS in Cyber Gray Metallic!
Don’t forget that the SS means it comes with the 422 HP LS3 V8 motor and 6 speed manual transmission.
Four-wheel disc brake systems are standard on all models, including four-piston Brembo calipers.

It almost looks like this soupped up version of the Camaro done by Hennessey.
More Photos here:
More info here:
See you didn’t know about that did you!? Now you want one… don’t act like you don’t ! You know you do!

Nod to Chevrolet for this cool web site about the all new Camaro!

Breaking news from Longview Texas. According to Edmunds Inside Line the tuning company East Texas Muscle Cars is planning to build a 2010 V6 Camaro (with turbo charging) that can go around the Nurburgring Nordschliefe faster then a Nissan GT-R. The fabled Nissan GT-R has set an an amazing time around the ring at 7:26:70.

It was faster than any production car until the corvette ZR1 came in and topped it with a time of…

More about the Corvette ZR1 at the ring right here.
But, for a twin turbo v6, the Nissan’s time is fantastic. Now, for this tuned Camaro to take on the GT-R is quite the feat. Inside Line says [...]

Check out this cool wheely-ready muscle car spotted today on US1. This car looks to be straight out of the Fast and Furious series. Maybe they’re doing another movie down here in Miami?
The car looks to be a Pontiac fire bird. Not sure of the year, maybe 1967. But the vintage is 100% old school muscle!
This ride has the characteristic coke bottle styling of the day, much like its cousin the Chevrolet Camaro. The big daddy of the bunch at the time came with a V8 from the GTO making 325hp. Now that car I’m sure has some real rumble …but this car has racing stripes and that says it [...]

As a perpetual kid and a big fan of Transformers toys back in the day I had to see the movie (”TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN“) opening day! Yes I wore my Transformers T-shirt!)
So we got there early… an hour and a half early which was good cause the movie was sold out and the line was super long.
After the mad dash to get to our seats when they did open the theater we watched a million previews and then the adventure began. All I can say is the movie is awesome! If you like super cool robots, bad ass cars, astounding fight scenes , explosions galore, guns, and [...]
