- The Event –  The Super Car Experience Car Show.
After the exhilarating ride up to West Palm Beach it was time for the show. We parked, walked up to the side entrance and got our media credentials. Meanwhile all of the cars that were on the drive up with us were actually in the car show, they were in a different area checking in.
We didn’t know it at the time, but we had a rolling preview of what was to come. 

Now this weekend its cold in Miami. When I say cold that’s 37 deg. I know its colder in other parts of the country, but for us that’s cold OK! Colder than its been in Miami in a long, long, long time. I’m wearing mittens as I type this right now and let me tell you it is HARD to write with mittens on!

A good friend and fellow car nut is looking to get into a new car. We talked about it and he told me that he wants something fun, sporty and with five or six speed manual transmission the total opposite of the little Toyota pick up truck he drives now.

After chatting briefly with a friend (http://twitter.com/quattroholic) on Twitter about Audi cars I brought up the once live, now dead, Audi r8 v12 TDI super car concept. Yes, a full blown diesel super car. Audi built it and tested it.
Check out this cool video Car and Driver magazine took of the concept Audi R8 TDI (Diesel) tooling around Manhattan. The project never went through but this is an amazing car and concept. A super cool, super fast, super green, super car? Audi has the right idea, but when??! When, I say? The people want it now!!
