Every year in car land there are things you can count on, for owners its oil changes, gallons (and gallons) of gas purchased then burned, and for most, car payments. For car makers there are other constants. Every year a new model has to come out. Be it an update of last years with a light freshen up and sometimes a brand spanking new model. For Porsche this year it is the latter, a brand spanking new car. One that has had the interweb all a twitter for years now. The famed and fabled Panamera.

So, my good friend is looking for a new car and he’s asked me to help! He is looking for something fun and new after a good while in an SUV. I haven’t gotten all the parameters yet about when the shopping can commence but I’ve already started.

So, lately I can’t get one thing out of my head. No it’s not the Nissan GT-R although that does seem to be a reoccurring theme. What I’ve been thinking about is a mountain and a race.

As a fan of movies and cars nothing is better for me than a movie about cars. Yes, you all know my affinity for the Fast & Furious series. I also loved the new Death Race, the classic Bullet, Gone in 60 Seconds and every other car movie you can think of.
